The building has a diverse architecture. It was built in 1907. The tower is used as spiral staircase, which ends with a view. Floor in the hall, kitchen and so on is ceramic. There are parquets on the floor in rooms. Bathrooms were newly reconstructed. There is a car park on Pension Svatava ground. Capacity: 9 rooms for at least 22 people. There is a reception, bar and eating room with kitchen in the ground floor. On the 1. floor there are 2 triple rooms and 1 double room. On the 2. floor there are 2 double rooms and 2 triple rooms. On the 3. floor there is an apartment with kitchen, eating room and 2 double rooms. All rooms include a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartment - a bathroom with a bathtub.
